Get to know us |
Among
our congregation and members you'll find people of all ages and of
different nationalities. We'd love to introduce to everyone here, but
there are far too many of us. You'll find us on Sundays at church,
though, and as we're a friendly crowd, you'll be made very welcome.
The deacons take care of running the
church, with the valued support of the congregation. We're working hard
together and making plans for the near future which will include
improvements to the building. |

Our sister
church |
Our
church building is in the Ladywell area of Livingston, a Scottish new
town which has been developing since 1964. As the town has grown and
developed, so has the church. In 1980 those developments led to the
building of a second church south of the River Almond at Dedridge. So we are
now one church with two thriving congregations, thankful to God for His
continued blessings. |

Work around the
world |
We take missionary work seriously
too, the following is a taste of the work we're involved in:
 |
Support for a family who are
overseas as missionaries at the moment in prayer and other practical
ways; |
 |
Sending Christmas gifts for
children in Croatia; |
 |
Some of our members travel to
countries to support churches and missions for a few weeks at a
time; |
 |
Support for missionary groups,
including BMS World Mission |
|

Baptist Union
of Scotland |
We are
pleased to be associated with other Baptist churches through the
Baptist
Union of Scotland. The network of support is valuable as we journey
together. |
